The 2nd Annual Abbey Christensen Memorial Walk will be held Saturday, September 18th. The walk will be held at the Mineral Springs Park Lagoon at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of this walk is to memorialize Abbey and spread the message of substance abuse awareness and its effect to our community while raising money for the Tazwood Drug Center.
Abbey passed away March 1, 2009 at the age of 20, due to a drug overdose. She had a bright smile and great spirit. It is the goal of Abbey's family to prevent further tragedies such as this one.
